Discuss $smwgDVFeatures

On smw-2.5.8 i noticed than when the SMW_DV_MLTV_LCODE is removed from the $smwgDVFeatures (and after removing all @en from the property descriptions), then the tooltips generated by the property links are also disabled. Is that on purpose, or a bug?

In other words property links should not just work for properties of datatype Monolingual text but also for Text. In case this is not a bug it will be an enhancement. Either way I believe that it is worth reporting on GitHub.
