having to lag behind the current versions of SMW, I noticed that the documentation of deprecated result formats is broken due to the queries used, e.g. Help:RSS_format.
Could that be fixed? Would you consider it possible to hold available older versions of the documentation for those having to use the corresponding software, for what ever reason?

I see your poblem and it is indeed a valid request too. The problem is that this wiki always uses the newest versions of the software to ensure that the new formats etc. are supported along with their documentation. At the same time the support for unsupported formats vanishes as a kind of collateral damage. I am afraid that the only solution is to copy over the smwdoc documentation from an older installation. However you may generated it locally too since you run an older version: See this page on how to generate it locally
