Validator is a small utility extension that helps Semantic MediaWiki to validate user-provided parameters. This allows SMW to provide more meaningful warnings and error messages if some input is not suitable. Since SMW 1.6.0, Validator is therefore required to install Semantic MediaWiki.
This documentation page applies to all SMW versions from 1.6.0 to the most current version.
