My name is Even Thorbergsen, a Norwegian who have used Semantic MediaWiki for approx. three years now. MW/SMW is professionally used mainly for documentation of a semantics register in Norway based on Adaptive Metadata Manager. It has also been used to display metadata from the register.
Privately I have used used MW/SMW with extensions as a content management system for a wind orchestra handling festival management and sheet music archiving.
