The "Workflow" extension has been created for the BlueSpice 4.2 release about a year ago, but is independent from BlueSpice and can be used in any MediaWiki installation. Since then we have improved it and learned about the needs of our users.
In this talk, I want to
- tell about the motivation for creating this extension
- share experience with using the extension for customers
- demonstrate the usage
- give insight about how to extend it
- talk about future visions
