SMWCon Fall 2013 Registration
Due to the amazingly high demand this event is sold out.
The 3-day Conference + Tutorial Pass as well as the 2-day Conference Pass include the Tuesday evening conference dinner.
Students will have to provide a valid student ID at the venue to prove that they are a full time students.
It is possible to send another person than the one the admission ticket was bought for. However, the respective ticket eligibility, i.e. proof of status as full time student still applies.
Please make sure that you have read our policy on cancellations.
If needed we can provide help on invitation letters (visitor's visa application).

Cancellation policy
Cancellations during the early bird period until September 14, 2013:
We will deduct 20 % or a minimum of 11 EUR from the original ticket price (regular and student admissions) and refund the rest.
Cancellations between September 15, and October 1, 2013:
We will deduct 70 % from the original ticket price (regular admissions) and refund the rest. Cancellations for student admissions will not be possible.
Cancellations after October 1, 2013:
This will not be possible for student as well as regular admissions.
