$smwgTranslate is a configuration parameter that sets that all labels within special page "Browse"Shows all properties and their values annotated to a page are being translated given that they have interwiki links. The configuration parameter was introduced in Semantic MediaWiki 0.7Released on 28 April 2007 and compatible with MW 1.8.x - 1.10.x. but never made functional.
This feature is currently disabled and cannot be activated.
