Let's learn what Rule Knowledge can do. If their functionality plus the one we're describing in Rule Modeling page is not enough, we will formulate requirements for the new extension.
I thought that the bot-based extension can be good alternative to the parser functions since the bot do not depend on parser.
By the way can you show me any examples of the rules you want to model with MW/SMW?
