Screenshot Image of the Process Format widget would help

The Input example is helpful, but it would also be useful to see a screenshot image of the output, as shown by the process format widget.

The thing with this extension is that this alone would not help. You need a series of templates with parameters on it, which you can call from one site in order to use the functionality of the graph-visualization. An exmample on how this can work, can be seen here.
