  1. 1 How to debug Excel format if it is not working

When trying the format after clicking the "Download result as xls-file for MS Excel" link I get an error "connection interrupted". How can I debug this situation?

  1. 2 there seems to be a parameter "templatefile" which is visible in the SourceCode but not documented in the Help. How is this used?
