Version 2.5.3 of Semantic MediaWiki is the third release after the major Semantic MediaWiki 2.5.0 release. It enhances existing functionality, provides bugfixes and further increases platform stability. See the English language RELEASE NOTES below on this page for further information. Please refer to the help page on installing Semantic MediaWiki to get detailed instructions on how to install or upgrade.

  Important Note: Please remember to run MediaWiki's "update.php" maintenance script after the upgrade if you are upgrading from Semantic MediaWiki 2.4.x or earlier before continuing to work with Semantic MediaWiki.
