ISO9001:2015 brings a couple of new requirements with regard to knowledge management and riskmanagement. We at DIQA provide a SMW-based tool that is geared towards quick and audit-safe implementation of such requirements.
Die aktuelle Fassung von ISO9001 kündigt das gedruckte QM-Handbuch ab und fordert unter anderem, daß ISO-zertifizierte Unternehmen ein systematisches Wissens- und Risikomanagement einführen. Leider gibt die Norm keine Hinweise, wie diese Anforderungen konkret ausgestaltet werden müssen. Wir zeigen, wie diese Anforderungen mit QM-Wiki umgesetzt werden können (QM-Wiki).
