In this short introduction you will get a basic overview on Semantic MediaWiki. Moreover you will learn about properties, special properties and datatypes which are important for annotating information/data, either by doing in-text annotations or annotations using the #set parser function. Based on a real life example the tutorial will show you how to query data with inline queries with the #show and the #ask parser function by constructing the latter from query conditions together with printout statement and display formats.
