| Description: | This talk showcases the SMW Adapter, a tool that enables users to import experimental data from various sources including eLabFTW, Excel spreadsheets, and other research documentation systems into Semantic MediaWiki. Using our three-step interface, researchers simply paste a URL or upload a file, and the adapter takes care of creating semantic pages with the right relationships. We'll demonstrate the plugin-based architecture behind it, show the transformation from semi-structured to semantic data, and explain how this approach enables SPARQL queries across what used to be completely separate research experiments. |
