We want to support users and developers to use Wikibase4Research to simplify their MediaWiki project and content management. Thus, we provide a guided installation session to assist people in the setup of a new knowledge system or transfer their existing data and config to our Docker-based installation pipeline.
We provide a step-by-step process for setting up the wanted MediaWiki setup, including the needed extensions. The main developers of Wikibase4Research will help the participants to set up their individual wiki configuration, as well as importing their data from external data sources or existing MediaWiki installations. Our goal is to give all participants a quick start on their individual projects. All feedback gathered in the Hackathon will also help to further improve the Wikibase4Research development roadmap.
