$smwgPropertyZeroCountDisplay is a configuration parameter that sets a threshold value for when a property is being highlighted as "hardly being used" on special page "Properties". The configuration parameter was introduced in Semantic MediaWiki 1.9.0.
This configuration parameter can be set to a positive integer like e.g. 10. If there are less or equal value assignments to a property within the wiki a little warning icon will be shown next to the property name on special page "Properties" like e.g. This property is hardly used within the wiki! warning about the low usage.
