User talk:Dan Bolser
Hi, this looks useful, and something like this has probably been necessary for a while. Three comments I can think of: maybe you shouldn't include yourself in the example (it's not usually done); on that note, it might be more helpful to have both examples be about the same data set, so that people better understand what's going on; and finally, in the last example, a "name=" field is not that realistic, since pages (at least, in non-Wikipedia wikis) usually just let the page name serve as the name of the entity being described. Testing SMW
Hi Dan, I have just seen that you created a page for testing purposes. However this wiki is only meant to serve documentation purposes. Thus I would like to have a look at this wiki for testing. Thank you and cheers --kgh 22:06, 16 November 2010 (CET)
- Which page? --Dan Bolser 23:12, 16 November 2010 (CET)

- Ah, I thought so. Actually that wasn't a test, it was to make the examples given here work as described. If the 'further results...' link doesn't appear, the text isn't clear. HTH --Dan Bolser 17:49, 20 November 2010 (CET)
- I suspected something like this. Perhaps it would have been easier to set the limit to 2. However I have nothing against Frankfurt since I am a Hessian. :) I just personally think that all these cities have a tendency to inflate the examples on this wiki without increasing their value. To cut a long story short: Lets keep Frankfurt. :) Cheers --kgh 01:43, 21 November 2010 (CET)
